LOOKING AT THE FLAMES IN OUR FIREPLACE

To Jesus:

I am in the darkness
And You are the light,
The only light
In this dark world.

“Whom have I in heaven
But You.
And earth has nothing I desire
But You.”

The world is falling apart,
But You stand firm.
I will put my trust in You today
Amidst the chaos of this present darkness.
