LIKE NEVER BEFORE

Paddy went to his favorite church Sunday and settled in to sing praise and worship songs and listen to a lively sermon. The Holy Spirit had something else in mind. Midway through the second song, He delivered a thought to Paddy to stop singing and start praying. This was Paddy’s prayer:

Holy Spirit, direct my thoughts to God’s world – like never before.

Lead me to follow Jesus – like never before.

Make me obedient to the Father – like never before.
