BACK HOME FROM IRELAND
Ireland is a marvelous country with wonderful people. I thoroughly enjoyed walking in the land of my ancestors.
However, and it’s a big however, God does not play a major part in the lives of most Irish people; oftentimes, He does not even play a minor part. But there are exceptions. I went to matins one morning at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Dublin, an Anglican church. And there, two rows ahead of me, sat the most humble person I’ve ever met in my life. Her name was Audrey, and she reminded me in looks and in character to Mother Theresa. I talked with her for twenty minutes; it was the highlight of my trip.
Please pray for an awakening in Ireland. They need it more than the people of the United States, if that is possible.
