A RED LETTER DAY
On Wednesday of this week, I was jolted out of bed at 4:30 in the morning by my alarm, and at 5:30 was in a van filled with Gideons heading for the University of Minnesota campus. We ate breakfast and prayed at a McDonalds off University Avenue, and by 7 a.m. I was standing on the corner of Delaware and Harvard. For a period of four hours, I handed out 200 Bibles to students and staff coming through that busy intersection.
One block from where I stood was a vast hospital outpatient clinic, with health care workers, patients, and visitors passing by my corner. I asked if they wanted to take a Bible with them to where they were going. Some took a Bible, most politely declined, but one woman said, “Oh, my God, no.” I wonder if she realized the irony of what she uttered.
I was richly blessed that morning to be in His service. Do not think for a second that I should receive any praise; it was all for His glory and for the 200 people who received His word.

To God be the glory!
Some seed will scatter along the path, some will land on rocky ground. But I trust some will reap 100, 60, or 30 times what was sown!
(And you are a good farmer)
God bless..
